indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence, or repairs or alterations to the product. In no event shall MCR be
liable for personal or property damage due to the use of our products. All warranty claims must be first
reported to MCR and repairs, adjustments, or returns must be issued an RMA number provided by MCR
prior to a resolution.
